Organizational Behavior within the Military in Relation to Women in the Military.
This paper focuses upon the organizational structures and behavioral reactions to the introduction of women into the military. It examines the history of such reactions and the future of feminine involvement in combat as well as all other areas of military service. It concludes that when the social picture changes in the broad society, only then can we achieve an equalized role of women in the military. 7 pgs. bibliography lists 4 sources.
