This paper is a fiscal and budgetary policy for the Helix Water District. The total budget for the water district is addressed along with sources of revenues, funding, percentage of labor cost to total budget and audit results. The overall budget of the Helix Water District and financial matters as well as projected revenues is encompassed in the budget.
