This paper examines the financial structure and risk for investors of the kellogg's Company, specificlaly the international unit and the company in the United Kingdom, showing that the risk is considered low, profits are rising, growth is positive, and a new strategy is working to make the company the leading cereal maker in the UK at the present time.
