A Comparative Analysis of the British and American Legal and Business Environments.
This study will probe further into the US-Britain relationship in an effort to find similarities and differences between US and UK business and legal practices. For the most part, it will be assumed that the reader is well attuned to the situation in the US so that a more detailed analysis can be made of the situation in the UK. In the final analysis it will be clear that there are great similarities between the two countries, yet, there are differences that may be important for some businesses, industries, and individuals. Given the recent strength and long term economic potential of both countries, a growing number of business and investment opportunities exist.
