This paper discusses Benjamin Bloom. It examines briefly some biographical points in the man's life, but spends the majority of its time understanding the profound contributions Bloom has made to the field of education. The paper also examines some of the ways that Bloom's conclusions are being currently implemented in education, though those implementations fall short of Bloom's educational revolution.
