History of the Medicine Lodge, Ks. Peace Treaty: Identifying Self-Education through Kolbs Model of Experimental Learning
The application of KolbÂ’s Experimental Learning Model can be done both with the educator present (e.g.: immediate experiences) or can occur through a reflection upon past or personal history. This paper applies the latter strategy of past reflection to a personal experience. In doing so, this paper defines the effectiveness of integrating personal experiences into the individualÂ’s education.
