This essay attempts to assert the fact that a sustainable community cannot thrive unless the individual is oriented in mind and thus conscious towards the environment. A brief description of the present dynamics between humans and environment and an admonition to avoid extremism is given. Examples of projects that mimic nature's conservation methods and cooperate with the environment are also given. The community must realize how certain, unnoticed mindsets can hinder sustainable development in future generations.
