Within this essay, I introduce Ignatieff's rights revolution and provide a small degree of detailed analysis regarding Ignatieff's claims. I then use Thomas King's "Borders" to highlight the ambiguous relationship that Native peoples within North America share with Ignatieff's rights revolution. In the end, I suggest that there is no easy legal solution to this extremely complicated issue.
