This paper is a discussion on International Humanitarian Law. The discussion will specifically address the challenges of Additional protocol II (1977 Internal armed conflict) of the 4th Geneva invention in third world countries. In addition to the challenges that are being faced, any recommendations and future prospects for challenges will be addressed and examined as well.
