Facing Down the Boss: Sizing Up the Likes of Confucius, Jesus, Machiavelli, and Aristotle
This paper examines four different management styles as embodied by four well-known historical figures. The paper fantastically answers the question if an employee had to rate Confucius, Jesus, Machiavelli, and Aristotle as potential bosses, how would they size up to each other. Evidence to support the ratings are based upon the writings and sayings of each historical figure.
