Memorandum: The Iraqi War and the Upcoming Elections
This paper will seek to create a mock memorandum, which will present a document from a presidiential advisor to President Bush on how to create an effective speech. By creating a system of referrals to the war in Iraq, we can convince Mr. Bush to use secular, economic, and rhetorical logic to convince the Iraqi-American contingent that the war will be good for domestic economic policy in the 2004 election campaign.
