This paper will discuss the ways that community service will help people become more responsible citizens. By researching the ways that community service will create a less self-centered society, we can readily see the need for this type of activism. The ways that this will help the community will be to teach them that: all is not well simply because they make a good living, to help out needy people, and to see something other than the shallow world of money making that creates social unrest in the less fortunate. 3 pgs.
